Refunds and Exchanges:
I do not give out refunds or make exchanges at this time. However, if you come across any problem with your order, or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, do not hesitate to reach out and I will happily try to resolve the issue. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
If an item arrives broken/damaged, please reach out ASAP with photos of the damaged item and I will aim to send out a replacement as soon as possible.
*Disclaimers*
•A kind reminder that each and every one of my pieces is handcrafted, and may contain slight imperfections due to the handmade nature of the products (i.e. small air bubbles, surface differences, etc). Every color is mixed by hand, and because of lighting differences, please expect slight variations!*
•Cement is a porous material, it is NOT waterproof! Every piece has been sealed with a non-toxic, FDA approved sealing wax that is water REPELLENT. This only protects from small amounts of liquid. Please do not submerge in water.
•Care instructions must be followed- a refund/replacement will not be issued after item is received in good condition.
Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be made and dispatched.
*Important*
Once an order ships, everything past this point is out of my hands. Most packages are shipped via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number upon shipment. If you have problems with your shipment, I can try my best to help but I do not send out refunds for lost items, as this is completely out of my control. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
